problem with the subscription

Hello! There was a problem with the subscription, the App Store says that the subscription is valid. But in the app it says expired. All my presets, all my work and efforts are gone. And I need to give my processed photos to my clients. I am very much asking you to correct this mistake and restore my presets and photos. I am desperate. I will be very grateful if you can help me. Hey, @focused_photographer6826. Welcome to the Lightroom community. I reviewed your account for the community and found no active subscription or transaction for Lightroom.

 

The respective app store manages subscriptions from the mobile app store. If you've already been charged, you can contact their support channels.
