Problema con la suscripción

Hice una compra en ligtroom por 1 año hace 2 meses tenía un teléfono Android y cambie a Apple a sido imposible restaurar mi compra, obviamente ingrese con el mismo correo, ya re instale la app varias veces y nada, a sido difícil encontrar ayuda, espero por este medio me puedan ayudar.

My teammate Sameer is correct.  If you started the Lightroom Mobile subscription on Android, you need to manage or cancel the subscription through your Google Play account.  Restore Purchase on iOS will not help with a Google Play transaction.  I recommend cancelling the subscription in Google Play, and then resubscribe on iOS if that is now your main device.

 

You could try contacting Adobe Support, but I believe they may send your to Google Play Support for help managing your subscription.  To see if Adobe Support can help, visit https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html, sign in, and then select the chat option.

Hey, @Santilp96. Welcome to the Lightroom Mobile. I'll help you figure this out. I've checked your email account & I could not find an active subscription to Lightroom.

 

The respective app store manages subscriptions from the mobile app store. Lightroom plan from Android won't work on Apple Devices.
