Problema para Criar Catálogo

Question

Após a atualização do LR não estou conseguindo criar novo catálogo, pois aparece a seguinte janela:

Alguém consgue me ajudar, não consigo trabalhar assim...

Mas consigo abrir os catálogos antigos, sem problema. Apenas quando vou em criar novo e ao tentar não esta dando.
