Problemas com o app Lightroom travando

Não consigo utilizar o Lightroom no meu Galaxy note 10, ele trava e fecha, sem eu se quer conseguir importar uma foto. Isso só começou após fazer o upgrade para a versão Premium.

Já estou utilizando outro app, e gostaria do meu dinheiro de volta.

O meu também está travando no tab Galaxy note 10. Você conseguiu resolver? Hoje nem abriu o app

We're sorry about the trouble with Lightroom mobile. Would you mind telling us the Android version you're running on the Note 10? Have you tried re-installing the app to check if that helps? If not, please try that & let us know if it makes a difference.

Please ensure that your images are synced & backed up by going to Lightroom.adobe.com prior to uninstalling the app.
