Probleme d'Import photo sur Lightroom mobile

Bonjour,

 

Je rencontre un problème avec l'import de nouvelles photos dans mon application Lightroom version mobile.

J'ai fait une mise à jour et redémarré mais rien n'y fait.

Auriez-vous déjà rencontré ce problème ?

Hi,

 

We're sorry about the trouble with Lightroom mobile. Would you mind telling us the version of Android you're using on your device? Are you getting an error while trying to import the images? Which format are the images in?

 

If you're using the app through a subscription, you can try re-installing the app to check if that helps. Prior to re-installing the app. please go to Lightroom.adobe.com to ensure that all your images are synced & backed up.

    J'ai désinstallé l'application et réinstallé.
