problems with HDR photos sharing "share on web"

hi all,

i have a "problem"

i cannot understand why if i use the function "share on web" my HDR the recipients see photos in sdr.

but if i share with them files through airdrop, the files are correctly viewed

i'm doing wrong something, or just the "share on web" mode isn't working with HDR files? or again the problem is safari?

can you help me..?

Hi @Alessandro37054002j1eq, welcome to the community!

Just curious, what kind of device are your recipients using to view the web galleries? The albums should display in HDR when supported, and automatically switch to SDR if HDR isn’t available.

I don’t have an HDR-capable display available at the moment to test it myself, but I checked with a colleague and they confirmed it’s showing up as HDR on their end.
