1. Which mobile device are you currently using and which mobile operating system version do you have on the phone?

2. Are you trying to import Raw or JPEG files and are the files located in the internal storage of the phone or does the phone support an SD card on which the images are saved?

3. Did you quit or minimize the application during import?
