Проблемы с выгрузкой фотографий в мобильной версии LR

Добрый день. Неделю, как столкнулась с проблемой. Не могу выгрузить из приложения обработанные фотографии. Пишет что возникла проблема с экспортом. Попробуйте позже.

Встала вся работа.... 

Переустановка приложения никаких проблем не исправила.

Help!!! 

Кто сталкивался? Сроки горят на сдачу, а ничего сделать не могу!!!

У меня никогда не было платной подписки. Я заходила через свой Google .

Hey, @kri_ma_photo. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out.

What exact version of Android OS are you working on? 

 

Does this happen with a specific set of images or images with a specific set of edits? Log on to Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/3TKo7Fl) & check for all the images that have synced & uploaded to the cloud. 

You can try exporting images from Lightroom Web.

@Sameer K Добрый день. У меня Андроид 11 версии....

В lr web вошла, но ничего там сделать не могу. Вижу только обучение и т.д. 

Так же не могу ничего попробовать бесплатно, как предлагают. 

Там же увидела информацию, что Адобе прекратил работу приложений на территории Беларуси... Может это как-то связано?

Hey @kri_ma_photo, 

That might be the reason why it is not working. If you had an active subscription before this announcement and it hasn't lapsed, you should be fine. However, new subscriptions are currently not available. I don’t see a subscription associated with the email you have listed for the community. If you’d like, I can check any other Adobe ID you may have. Please send me a direct message with your email.
