Programs Crashing

Hello,
I have used adobe programs for a long time now, on both mac and windows computers, and over the last 6 months I have had some of the worst performance across the board with all of my adobe apps.

I have plenty of power in my pc, 32g ram, i9 porcesser, 4080 Nvidea Grahpics card. My Macbook Pro doesn't have nearly as much power with only 16g ram, i9 processor and and a weaker gahpics card. However, the Mackbook Pro sometimes works better with than the adobe programs.

All of my drivers are updated, I've deleted and redownlaoded my apps, I have submitted countless reports. I don't really know what to do here. Am I suppose to just wait until these bugs get fixed? I use these program for a living and time is money.

Note: the biggest crashes are Premier Pro, Illustrator and Lightroom.

You don't say what version or even which Lightroom Application you are using.  Please go to Help>System Info… and provide us with your software's installed version number.

Regarding. your crashes:

We’ve reviewed the email address you use with this forum and found no crash reports in our system.

Did you see a crash dialog?

Do you use a different email address when filling out the crash report?

Was the crash dialog Adobe’s? Microsoft’s? Apple’s?

Moving to discussions

I do have a different account on my Mac, it is the only one I have submited crash reports on.

Mac: I get both Adobe and Apple.
Windows: just Windows and only when I am working in Premier Pro.

Lightroom version: 8.2 x64 [ 20250201-0700-1b12095 ] (Feb 1 2025)

    * If Adobe’s dialog, did the dialog title say: “Error Report for “Adobe Lightroom” or “Report Unexpected Shutdown”?

The best thing you can do is at your next Lightroom Crash, fill out the report, screenshot it, submit it and then. post the screenshot here.

Regarding other products you will need to post in their respective forums.
