Public Lightroom link is still active, but I cannot find or delete it. Lightroom Desktop shows only “Get shareable link”, and Lightroom Web doesn’t show the shared album.

Have you checked under Your Shared Photos (where groups of individual photos have been shared) as well as Your Shared Albums?
