Publishing photos from Lightroom classic or lightroom to instagram

I know I can't publish photos to Instagram from Lightroom classic but can I export photos to my Iphone (X) from lightroom classic and then to Instagram ?

I usually export to a named folder and then select all within the folder and drag into iCloud Photos using a web browser. The images will then appear in the Apple Photos app on the phone. From there it is easy to (share) post to Instagram either individually or as a batch.

 

If you use Lightroom Mobile you can upload to Instagram directly from the Lightroom phone app.
