Purchased a license on other website, can’t figure out how to activate it…

Hi, I would love some help with this issue.

 

A few weeks ago I've purchased the 'Photography plan' (Photoshop + LR + LR cc) on a website: Licentie 2 Go. (I'm Dutch, so if anyone is also from the Netherlands, please let me know...) I have activated my license, but when I go to Lightroom desktop, it says that my license is expired. 

After a lot (read, hours of frustration...) searching and chatting, I think I need the Serial Number. On Adobe Account > membership and payment > products, then they ask for a Serial Number. But I can't find it, not in my mail, nowhere... 

 

Is there an other way to solve this issue, or does anyone know where to find it when you've purchased it not on Adobe?
