QUERY REGARDING ADD PHOTO TO LIGHTROOM

Whenever I add a photo to Lightroom, it does not add until i turn on wifi or cellular data, After sync it shows the Album & added photo notification.

Kindly help me out that how can i simply add a photo without internet.

I am using premium version.
