Question about keywords

Hi! I have two questions about keywords.

1) How can I delete a keyword which I've set in the past?

2) When applying keywords to a new photo, already existing keywords are not shown to select from. Only a text bar where I can type in a keyword. Can LR show the list of existing keywords?

I'm using LR only on my iPad Pro.
