Hi @Kamre_Nithin4121,

Thank you for posting and letting us know about the Quick Actions issue you’re facing in Lightroom on Android. The error “Quick Actions model download failed” usually points to a temporary problem with the model download that powers certain AI-driven features. Here are a few things you can try:
 • Make sure you have a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi is preferred). If possible, switch networks, use a Cell Phone or a different Wi-Fi, and retry.
 • Confirm that you are signed in with the correct Adobe ID and that your subscription is active.
 • Go to your device’s Settings > Apps > Lightroom > Storage, then clear the cache (do not clear data, as this may sign you out). Relaunch Lightroom and try again.
 • Ensure you are running the latest version of Lightroom from the Google Play Store. Updates often contain fixes.
 • If the issue persists, restart your device and try again later. Occasionally, the download service itself may be temporarily unavailable.

If this doesn’t help, please let us know your Lightroom version, Android OS version, and phone make and model. This will help us and the engineering team investigate further.

Best,

Anshul Saini
