Randomly removing crop or edits

is ANYONE having issues with lightroom cc randomly un-doing crops or edits?? example in video - i open the picture and it randomly will undo my crop

    Update: I was able to get this fixed somehow by chatting with the chat support. I have a Mac so it may be different, but I was told to go to my Apple settings, accessibility and add Lightroom, and to also add Lightroom into my full disk access.
