Rate & Review > Segmentation : Flagged issue

Hi all. Has anyone else found the issue below?

1. Have an album of photos

2. Have a first pass of quickly rate & reviewing photos

3. I would like an additional pass to rate & review photos, so I've gone to Segmentation > Flag

4. Start going through the unflagged photos for example. If you change the flag from unflagged to flagged, it will then jump to reviewing those photos already flagged, rather than continuing from where you were.

Rather inconvenient?

It does seem annoying behaviour indeed.

Does Filtering by flag fit into your workflow as opposed to Segmentation?

I tried filtering yesterday before posting and it didn't seem to help, but I've tried again this morning and it does. I think it works as long as you have only one flag option selected I.e "unflagged". If you have unflagged and rejected, it goes back to being inconvenient again.
