Raw image from lightroom mobile to instagram

Hello everyone ! I am just having a quick issue with loading from lightroom mobile to instagram ! In the past I've had no issues with posting my images , but recently when I try sharing the image on instagram feed the image becomes really grainy . Was wondering if it was maybe an editing issue that I might've done or if it is just a loading issue that might be fixed. If anyone knows please tell me ! Thanks !
