RAW imports are mushy

Hey everyone. This just started happening. When I take a raw photo and import it into Lightroom/Lightroom mobile it takes the raw photo and processes some sort of noise reduction without me doing anything and I can't change it back. It looks like it's at 200%. Not sure if a recent update screwed this up but if I import JPEGS they're fine, it's just raw photos
