Raw+JPEG workflow

Hi there, I shot both Raw and JPEG files and imported them to LR.  I wonder how can I manage my photos with JPEG previews, as I sometimes need quick editing and exporting with the JPEG versions but still keep the possibility of detailed processing with RAW files. What is the best workflow in this case?
