RAW+JPG workflow help/issues

Hi y'all! Hopefully I'm posting this in the right place. I've done a lot of googling and can't seem to find answers to my specific scenario.

I've started shooting Raw+Jpeg with my Fujifilm X-Pro2, as I've found the jpegs it creates look a bit nicer than ones I create from raw files in Lightroom CC. Also I've been trying to be better at nailing exposure right off the bat rather than relying on editing, but I want to have the raw files available just in case. Just trying to approach it a little more like film, and only do significant editing if I really need to, if that makes sense.

So, given that, I'm trying to figure out how to view ONLY the jpegs in my library, or to stack the photos with raws hidden rather than the other way around. I've read that I can just type jpg into the search bar, but that seems sort of glitchy and super slow, often only giving me a couple of the files in any given album.

Thanks for any help.

The easiest way to view only the jpegs is to simply search for them. But rather than type anything into the Search Bar, instead simply select the album then click inside the Search Bar....that will produce a list of the specific searchable "facets". From that list click on the "Extension" facet (bottom row). That will produce a list of all the extensions that exist in the selected album, so then click on the extension you are wanting to search for ("Jpg" or "Jpeg" depending on what your camera produces). That will populate the grid with all images in that album with the jpg/jpeg file extension.

Ohhhh that's great! I was just typing jpg into the search bar and it wasn't working very well, I hadnt even noticed the extension section underneath. Thank you!
