Hello, 

I paid today after free trial on my Windows 10 and now it says the same thing as people above have stated? can you help? (This subscription has already been purchased with a different Adobe ID it says).

I can see an active subscription applied to the Adobe-id which you use for this forum. Could you double check that you are signed-in with the same Adobe-id? Hope this helps. Guido/ Lr Mobile QE
