Don't know if this thread is still active, but the same thing is happening to me right now - in 2020 lol. Paid for Lr, got a receipt but the app still doesn't work. Someone who can help me?

    Hello, since your subscription was made throught the Mac App Store for the Lightroom plan your on, I moved your post to this correct forum for the desktop app to get you help as soon as possible.
