Re: Lightroom freezes when pasting develop settings to multiple photos

While I am aware this is a very old post- I am having this exact issue with the newest version of Lightroom. I can't batch paste even a single edit setting because it gets caught on random photos. Works perfectly until it hits a certain photo which it won't continue unless it is removed. However this is not only occurring with one image but instead several and I can not remove them all.

Hi, thanks for reaching out! As you mentioned, you've posted on an old post, so I'll split this into its own conversation. Please share the System info by going to the Help menu, then System Info. You can copy the text and paste it as a reply here, or paste it in a text file and share the file with us. Also, what is the format of the image/images that Lightroom gets stuck on when applying a batch paste?

Meanwhile, try resetting the preferences of Lightroom using the steps suggested here: https://adobe.ly/44dGKGI

Though the article is for Lightroom Classic, the steps are still valid.
