Reactivating Account & Recovering Full Library

I have been using this package since 2015. For a short time, after falling sick, my account went inactive. As soon as we realized it was inactive, we reactivated the account. I had such important series' in the library. I assumed from the start, "Cloud" meant they wouldn't be lost. I looked in my library today and the only things in my almost-four-year library were the photos from the very last series I imported. The frustration comes in when I am trying to use Adobe help and it took me in the same circle six times. I have no way of fixing this issue on my own. Are my photos lost forever? Has anyone had this issue? Thank you for your time.
