Reactivation

Hi!

After my motherboard died I had to reactivate Lightroom 6 and Photoshop CS6. When I try I'm not able to do this. It complains about reaching maximum allowed computers. Support chat wouldn't help since they do not support old products.

Does anyone know how I may reactivate?

If not in your Account page- Contact Adobe Customer Service by chat (make sure to sign into your Adobe account first)and,

Tell staff that you do not want support, and only ask to have your activations reset:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

If one agent cannot help, try again with another agent or ask to chat with Supervisor.

Regards. My System: Windows-11, Lightroom-Classic 15.1.1, Photoshop 27.3.1, ACR 18.1.1, Lightroom 9.0, Lr-iOS 10.4.0, Bridge 16.0.2 .

Log in at accounts.adobe.com and see if Lightroom is listed there. If it is, you can probably deactivate the old copy.

Both Lightroom and Photoshop (and others) show up under Plans->Products. There's a download button there, but I don't see any way to deactivate.

I have tried to sign out of Lightroom and then in again, but that didn't help either.
