Recent Lightroom photos missing after phone reset

Hello,
I created my Adobe account in February 2023.
I can still see two photos that I edited in 2023 in my Lightroom account.
However, I edited many more photos recently using the same Adobe account. Unfortunately, my Android phone was reset, and after signing in again, all of my recent edited photos are missing.
Could you please check whether my recent photos or edits are stored in Adobe Cloud? If possible, please help me recover them.

It sounds like the photos on the Android before the reset never synced to the Cloud (assuming you have a subscription) or that there is an account ID issue.

If you have a subscription, what do you see at http://lightroom.adobe.com

Do you by any chance have a backup of the Android phone prior to reset.

Hey, @MdMajbaUddin. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I've checked the account you're signed in with for the community, and you currently don't have an active subscription. Have you used any other email address to sign in to Lightroom on your mobile before?

If you were logged in to Lightroom mobile with an email account that had an active subscription, the images, edits, and other data would've synced to the cloud. You can sign in again using the correct email address to access the images stored in the cloud.

If you didn't have an active subscription, the images are stored in local caches and data. Lightroom relies on the local caches for uninterrupted access. If the local caches are wiped, the data becomes irrecoverable.

Hello Adobe Support,
I have an Adobe account that I created in February 2023. After signing in, I can still see two photos that I edited in 2023.
However, I edited many more photos recently using the same Adobe account. After my Android phone was reset, those recent edited photos are no longer available in Lightroom.
Could you please check if those photos or their edits are stored in my Adobe Cloud account? If they exist, I would appreciate your help in restoring them.
