Red dots?!

Hi all, just upgraded to a iPhone 11 pro. Now when navigating the LR ap I get red dots where I touch the screen. I get 5 dots then no more. If I close the ap down they're gone, only to reappear when I try again. Confused....

In Settings, is Gesture Shortcuts/Show Touches toggled on?
