Refine saturation, vignette options, and probably some other sliders stick graphically to last set settings, despite not actually being set to those values

Thanks for reporting this. We know of a similar issue. Could you verify if it matches what you're experiencing: 

To help us narrow down your specific case, a few questions:

1. The most concentrated reports so far are from the Mac App Store build of Lightroom. If you're on that version, try installing the app via the Creative Cloud Desktop app and check whether the behavior continues.

2. Are you using an external display when this happens? Some reports correlate the issue with multi-monitor setups. If so, does the problem occur only when Lightroom is on the built-in display?

3. You mentioned this happens with Refine Saturation and Vignette. Does this also happen in the Masking panel when switching between masks on the same photo, or is it exclusively when switching between different photos in the Edit module?

4. Does it happen with all file types (RAW, DNG, JPEG), or have you noticed it more with one?

In the meantime, please check if the following workaround works for you. After switching photos, briefly navigate to a different photo and then back, this forces the panel UI to refresh and display the correct slider positions.
