I have a one year subscription to lightroom on my iphone. When the 14-day trial ended, I forgot to cancel my subscription. I have read the instructions on how to cancel. Unfortunately, my lightroom login account was disabled without my noticing. Is there any way to cancel now?

    This is a peer-to-peer forum.  Your issue can best be resolved by contacting Adobe Customer Care at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/what-contact-options.html. Scroll to the bottom and click on the “Start Now” live chat link in the lower right of this page. Typing “Agent” into the chat text field will bypass the initial chat bot.

     

    If Adobe Support cannot help, it may be because Apple owns iOS app trials and transactions.  Apple Support is generally very understanding and helpful.  Just explain the difficulty or error during cancellation during your trial.  For more info, please see: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084
