La aplicación se reinicia cada vez que intento usar una máscara en una foto

Could you please confirm the version of Lightroom you are working on? Is it Adobe Lightroom, Lightroom Classic, or Lightroom mobile(iOS/Android)? Go to Help > About Lightroom or Lightroom Classic to find the exact version number for the application.

 

If you are working on Adobe Lightroom, is the sync enabled while working on images? You can pause the sync while you work, and before exiting the application, you can enable the sync and let it finish in one go before you exit the application.

 

If you are working on Lightroom Classic or Adobe Lightroom desktop, please go to Lightroom > Preferences > Performance > Use Graphics Processor > Set it to Off if it is on Custom or Auto. Hi there,

 

Sorry to hear about the trouble with Lightroom. We're here to help.

Which version of the application are you using?

Would you tell us the specific steps you are taking? Which Masking tools were you trying to use? What is the Android version and device specifications? Did you try re-installing the application?

You could try force quitting all apps and restarting your device. 
It may also help to clear your cache. In the app, go to Settings > Local Storage > click "Clear Cache."

Estoy usando la versión 7.3.1

 

Siempre cuando se reinicia la app es porque uso máscara de cielo y personas. También borro los datos de caché y el problema persiste.
