Reinstalled my app on google and logged in but all my pics are lost, how to retrieve?

Do you have a subscription with Cloud Storage?

If so the the photos should sync down from the Cloud, if not then you would need to restore from a back up I believe ( although I don't know if Android stores any photos on external storage)
