Reinstalling catalogues and presets

I had to reinstall LR now. That is fine and completed. Please suggest, how I will be able to reinstall the presets I had and the catalogues created in the previous setup ?

Which Lightroom are you using, Lightroom or Lightroom Classic? If you are using Lightroom everything is is the cloud. You just need to sigh into your account. If you are using Lightroom Classic you need to find the catalog file and open it. The catalog file will have the extension.lrcat.
