Rejected photos not displayed when filtering

Platform: Web, Firefox / Chrome, Windows

Steps:

1. Revew photo in album

2. Mark as "rejected"

3. Go back to album and appply rejected filter

Expected: Rejected photos are displayed

Actual: No photos are being diaplyed

Additional Information: Photos rejected on the web app are visible when filtering in the mobile app
