Question

Removal tool in Lightroom app Premium

Since several months I used Lightroom Premium on my iPhone and could remove parts of pictures with the removal tool, the eraser.

I think that after an update of the app, the removal tool has changed. It's nowhere to be found in LR Premium. Helpdesk no use, it takes ages and I don't get an answer.
Can anybody help me out?

Hi, @cam_1466
Thank you for reaching out! Could you please share a screenshot of what you’re seeing in your app? Also, it would help to know the specific device model and iOS version you’re using. Additionally, here’s a link with step-by-step guidance on locating and using the Remove Tool: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/lightroom-cc/using/remove-mobile-ios.html

Hi Ritika,

Thank you for your reply. I already  checked the page but I've tried your url again.

It says:  In the Edit panel in the Loupe view, select the Remove   icon.

The icon Remove is nowhere but the Edit panel is not clear as wel, what kind of a sign should that be?

Can it be that, although I have subscription for Premium, the options for Premium are not in my app right now?

Already removed and installed the app again.

I'm using the app on a iPhone 11 Pro,  iOS 17.6.1. The version of Lightroom is v.10.0.1.

In the chat I tried to upload pictures with the settings but uploading didn't work (checked .jpg and size of pictures, was not the problem). Can I email the settings to you?

Greets,

Corinne
