Remove horizontal banding in photos

Hi!

I went to a concert last night and I haven't done really any concert photography before so I didn't know about LED banding that can happen with higher shutter speeds. It's looking like there's probably not an easy or even moderate fix for this type of problem but I thought I'd ask because I think the photos would've had potential otherwise. I typically use Lightroom but can also use Photoshop if needed. (Also, posting from mobile, so I don't know if that'll affect quality.)
