Remove LR export to Photos limit in iOS app

Currently the iOS version of LR (also the iPadOS version) limits the direct export to Photos app to 5 photos or fewer. Can this limit be removed? I process a lot of photos all the time and it sucks to export to different folders before saving them back into Photos

Hey, @happyroach. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out.

Do you export from the Device view in Lightroom? Have you tried exporting from the grid view in the Lightroom View?

Could you record your workflow and share a series of screenshots, or a short video?

Here is a conversation where the OP was exporting from the Device view in Lightroom: https://adobe.ly/3NsCD3F

Let me know if this helps. Thanks!

Hey Sameer, thanks for the quick response. I was exporting from Lightroom not device. I attached screenshots taken when exporting 5 photos only vs exporting 6. Once I export more than 5 photos there's no option to save directly to the Photos app.

Thanks for sharing the screenshots. Please use "Save a copy to device" instead of "Export As" or "Share". Using Share in the Share menu opens the iOS Share sheet, which has the limitations you see.

You can customize the Save a copy task similarly to how you'd configure the Export As parameters.

Let me know how it goes.
