Remove the default sharpening on import

Dear all,

Whenever I import photos I first need to undo the sharpening on every image. I find the sharpening both doing a bad job of sharpening and it creates a pattern on my photo when combined with noise reduction. Also, the photos coming from my Sony a7IV with FE1.2/50mmGm are more than sharp enough.

Is there some way to turn off the default sharpening of '40' and set it to '0'?
