Remove the link between Lightroom 6 and Elements 15 licence code from previous computer that died

Hi
I have Lightroom 6 and Elements 15 but cannot reinstall them because the licence code is still
linked to my previous computer that had to be upgraded because the motherboard died.
Obviously, I cannot uninstall the software from that computer but can't seem to find any way to solve the problem.
I know it is old software but it serves my needs well enough as I am not a professional and do not wish to pay a monthly subscription.
So is there any way to contact Adobe and get them to disable the link between my software and the old computer.
And thanks in advance for any help given.

Here is a link that will enable you to contact Adobe. Be sure to tell them that you only want to reset your activations because you are using out of date software that is no longer supported.
