Remove tool isn't working

Thanks for reporting this. To help us understand what’s going wrong with the Remove tool, could you both please share a bit more information?

• When did this start happening? After a Lightroom update, after an OS update, or did it start suddenly?

• Does it happen with all images or only certain images?

• Does it affect JPEGs only, or does it happen with RAW files only or all file formats?

If possible, please share a few original sample images (before using Remove) via DM with me.
Also, share screenshots of the sample images with the results produced by the Remove tool.

That will allow us to test the same files on our end and better understand whether the issue is image-specific or something broader.

Additionally, please share your System Info. Lightroom > Help > System Info. Copy & paste it here.

Once we have the sample files and system information, we can analyze the behavior further, identify the issue, and suggest the next best steps.
