Remove Tool not working - any fixes?

Hello, My remove tool has not been working. When I use any fuction within that tool, I'll highlight the area I want to work with, and nothing is happening. For the generative AI, I'll highlight the object, follow the prompts and then it will appear as though it is working its magic and give me options, but they are all appearing as the original photo with no changes made. I'm not sure what happened. It was working two days ago and stopped in the middle of editing my gallery.

I'M HAVING THE EXACT PROBLEM!! It's driving me crazy because I'm in the middle of editing a wedding where so many things need to be removed from the background. One day it's working fine then NOTHING!

@catherine_photo It is not enough to just write "I have the same problem". Unfortunately you haven't given us any information about your system. Therefore, all proposed solutions are a look into the crystal ball.

We need information about the appropriate system. Please provide a copy of your 'System Info'. This can be get from the LrC Help > System Info menu item. There's a copy button in the System Info dialog. Press this button and paste the info into your next forum post.

Describe also what you're try to do and on which steps the issue occure. Maybe a screen shot can be helpful.

Two items

1. What is wrong? You have opacity set at 0

2. Wrong community. Your screenshot is clearly from Lightroom Ecosystem (Cloud Based) and should be in:

Your Opacity is set to 0.

Set it to 100%
