Remove yellowish tint on RAW format

I have a question. For some reason the Adobe lightroom turns my RAW picture slightly yellowish, hasn't been edited yet. Does anyone know how to resolve the issue or why is this happening? Here's a screenshot of both RAW, top is lightroom, bottom is just picture gallery. Initially I assume is app issue, so I uninstall and install it back but still the same. I'm on P40.
