Renewal

I'm trying to use the app but keeps telling me to do renew and I just renewed my old account and when i try to renew again, it shows free trail and due to which my app is not fuctioning. I'm using same email to log in and have updated my billing method and details but yet my app is not working, request you to help me out ASAP.
