Renewal broken

Question

Keeps saying I have to renew even though its already covered by my school. Says I am good to use but still says I have to renew. Tried many way, but the online lightroom works just not the desktop version.

It looks like you do not have an active Subscription/License on your account.

Please get in touch with your Organization's Admin/Local IT team and suggest they assign you a license through the Adobe Admin Console.
