reorder pics: drag to re-order Pictures

The ability to select drag and drop pictures into your preferred order. So when they are exported they come out in the preferred order. Or just to group certain pictures together.

Great, in that case, it’s really simple. You’ll need to be viewing an album in Cloud mode, as a custom sort order needs to be stored with the related photos. Simply select one or more photos in Grid view and drag them to a new location. As you drag, a blue line appears between the photos, showing where the photo will drop.

If you then want to keep that order when exporting, you’ll need to start the export filename to start with a number (select a 3 digit number if exporting 100+ photos). That means you’ll then be able to sort the exported files by filename in other software.

If you’re using Local mode, this would be a good feature request, as it’s not currently available in that mode.

The good news is you can already do that. If you’d like to tell me which platform you’re using, I can give you more specific instructions.
