Repeated crashes of lightroom on windows

Hello,

For several weeks now lightroom has been crashing non-stop without any specific crash condition. It can crash as soon as you start up, or in the middle of retouching or exporting.

I've tried several times to change the graphics performance settings, but it doesn't change anything. I've also checked all the Windows 10, GPU and creative cloud updates and optimized my cloud.


Do you have any ideas on how to solve this problem?

We’ve reviewed the email address you use with this forum and find no crash reports in our system.

 

Did you see a crash dialog?

Do you use a different email address when filling out the crash report?

Was the crash dialog Adobe’s? Microsoft’s?

Yes, my e-mail adress is the same and I've sending many report by the Adobe crash dialog.
