Reset the Rotate and Flip settings

How is it possible to reset the Rotate and Flip settings?

The command is inside to the Crop command but if I reset the crop tool the flip and Rotation properties doesn't reset.

Moreover there isn't the possibility to reset the command by pressing "Alt"/"Option" and click over the label.

Any workaround?
