Resize batch of photos to keep the same ratio

How do I resize a batch of photos in LR CC to keep them all with the same ratio?

For example, I want 150 photos keep the 4x6 ratio.

It is not possible to simply resize images to the same 4 x 6 ratio. It would be necessary to crop each image to that ratio.
