Hello, I had an application on my phone that broke. I kept very important photos, and I logged in to the new one with the email I used to register in the old device, but those photos were not restored. I also bought premium and scanned it, but it still won't show me those photos. Is there any chance I can get those photos back?

Hey, @. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I've checked the account you're signed in with, and you have a very recent active subscription.

Did you use the same email as Community to log in to Lightroom before the device failure?

If you were logged in to Lightroom mobile with an email account that had an active subscription on the old device, the images, edits, and the rest of the data would've synced to the cloud. If you didn't have an active subscription, your images and edits didn't sync to the cloud and were only stored in your device's local caches.

Thanks!
Sameer K
