 i have issue about restore 

I was paid but not restore

Hello @MD30062225m0bs 

I see that you have had several different Lightroom subscriptions over time, and the most recent one expired yesterday.  Restore Purchase will not help with an expired subscription.  You will have to subscribe again if you want Premium features and service.
